Big-Time Liver support by combining MSM (w/ moly), MIlk Thistle, Methly-B12 and NAC

From time to time I may "test" a supplement. These usually are supplements I already have tried but want to see how they do when I'm feeling bad. I usually take it an hour away from anything else to see the immediate effect of the single supplement

Most supplements I regularly would take just because they have been recommended but don't know if they are helping or not. For me, this is a way that I can try to narrow down to just what is helping.

In my past NAC helped but lately makes me feel worse and more toxic. Last year Milk Thistle on one occasion made me feel terrific for a few hours. Recently MSM made me feel very good for a few hours, which was a big surprise to me as MSM usually makes me feel worse although I feel compelled to take it at times. It seems, for me at least, that timing is very important when taking supplements.

I've taken over 100 supplements in the last 5 years and at times a thought will pop into my head to take something. I think it's akin to a food craving. Your body is wanting a certain substance. My body seems to have a way to communicate to me, at times, what it needs.

Anyway what I have found that is that by taking Milk Thistle, MSM (with Moly), Sublingual B12 (Methly) and NAC I can greatly facilitate my liver at the task of detoxing what is in my system. (See bottom for dosage I take)

If I take these together I don't have any problems taking NAC or MSM which I have in the recent past. I've read that the liver creates intermediates during the detox process that are sometimes more toxic than the original substance it is trying to process. I think for some of us the process gets stuck without enough of ALL the proper substances involved in the particular pathway the liver needs for what it is detoxing.

The key ingredient has been the B12. I've taken B12 (as Methylcobalamin) before (up to 5 mg sublingual) and not noticed it doing much. When I added it to Milk Thistle and MSM it seemed to be the missing piece. I'm not sure yet if the NAC is part of the equation. I'm sure it doesn't hurt. Other things I might add are dandelion and Quercetin.

(Note: Regular B12 is not readily absorbed through the stomach. B12 needs a substance called "Intrinsic Factor" to make it active. There are forms of effective B12 that contain "Intrinsic Factor". The next best thing is sublingual B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin)

Also for the record I have been taking Pantethenic Acid (B5) and Biotin each morning with D3.

My body has been very toxic lately and in just a few days I'm feeling very well. I've been pushing hard with Olive Leaf and Cats Claw. I wouldn't be about to do it without this combo.
